Had to make the first call to AT&T for a question/complaint. Found out that g-ma’s house gets NO reception at all. It’s in the middle of a highly populated area, it’s year 2007, and for that to happen is just unacceptable. It’s not even weak signals, it’s NONE. Emergency calls only.

Anyway, was on hold with AT&T listening to the annoying nonstop recording suggesting ways to give them more of my money. First call, after a few selections, it started to transfer me, and then it said there’s a technical difficulty, and just said Bye! Awesome.

Second call, on hold for 20min, listening to the god damn woman talking about road side assistance or some shit that I don’t need. And then, it just hung up. Not even a bye this time, it just cut the call. It’s 11:30pm PST, is that considered peak time for CS calls? I’m not sure.

Not good.
